Why Train At the Garage?

The Garage Jiu-Jitsu Schedule: Kids ages 4-12 and Adult no-gi classes Monday through Thursday, plus Sunday Open mat.

The Garage Jiu-Jitsu offers structured, beginner-friendly no-gi training for adults and kids in Commerce Township. Whether your goal is self-defense, improved fitness, competition or finding a strong community, our coaches will help you build a game that fits your body and experience level.

Our classes combine detailed instruction, live problem-solving and a welcoming environment with no pressure to compete. Complete beginners and experienced grapplers are both welcome.

kids BjJ

Kids ages 4-12 build confidence, discipline, coordination and problem-solving through structured Jiu-Jitsu instruction and games. Complete beginners are welcome.

Classes meet Monday through Thursday at 5:15 PM.

Build a technical BJJ game in a structured, welcoming environment. Adult classes cover takedowns, guard, passing, escapes, pins and submissions through detailed instruction and live practice.

Adult BJJ

Complete beginners and experienced grapplers are welcome. Classes meet Monday through Thursday at 6:30 PM.
